Reflection Statement:
This assignment helped me realize how important it is to have an outside artifact. It gives proof and backs up the statements being made. The outside artifact that I chose to use was a weekly field experience evaluation from my TEE class that I participated in last year. The teacher I shadowed fills this evaluation out at the end of every week that includes the following critiques; dressed appropriate, classroom assistance, appropriate language/ communicates effectively, one-on-one work, grading, flexibility/adaptability, accepting criticism and arrives on time. The teacher has the option to score you 1-5, 5 being the best and 1 being the worst. There is also room at the bottom for the teacher to give you additional comments and on the back is where I write a few major things I did that week in the classroom.
